Right now in my grinder: Ethiopian single origin espresso “dschungel” from bongs forrest by roaster Mirella. 100% Arabica and offering a surprisingly huge amount of crema. So much crema to make you doubt that it is 100% Arabica. Lightly roasted it needs low brewing temperature. I had not had these beans for a long time. I like this coffee a lot.
