I've started to use wooden, bamboo toothbrushes. No plastic to clutter the planet. Very nice to use.  Many brands and all look as though they would be similarly good. For once, you do jot seem to pay more For a green product.

There is much to be said for reducing the use of disposable plastic goods.  I recently read about a whale which was found dead.  It had 42 pounds of disposable plastic goods in its stomach, and could not digest food properly.

I'll look into the bamboo toothbrushes.

You can get nice bamboo tubes for travelling, too.

Currently I'm using a toothbrush with replaceable heads (less plastic waste at least), but I was considering moving to a bamboo brush when I run out of heads.. so happy to hear that they work well Smile

I bought some wood handled boar hair toothbrushes to try. They only came in a four pack, so I have four now. I didn’t care for the particular bristles on these, too soft for my liking...so now I have four boar razor cleaning brushes lol. I use a Sonicare for cleaning my teeth until I find something better.

I don't think you will find a better brush than Sonicare. That's what my Dentist and I use. Biggrin
