I'm a lavender lover without an SS or SC bearing the fragrance.

Which product packs the loudest scent?

I love Valobra but I've a feeling the scent there will be mild.

I've heard TOBS' is good.

Any recommendations?

Only lavender I've used is Herbs of Bulgaria cream, so I can't really give a comparison, but it has a pretty strong, sweet lavender scent. I'm sure there are stronger, though.

If you want in-your-face lavender, this is the correct answer.

Agreed with Castle Forbes. I've tried the cream and it is great. I have the old formula DR Harris Lavender and it is stronger. I used Valobra Lavanda soft soap that was an LE soap today, and I was in heaven.

Lavender lover here!

AOS is a good, EO based lavender, nice and strong.

TOBS was burn the nose strong, but kinda artificial

Razorock King Louis is really good. Not the strongest, a little sweet but the line as a whole is great. The AS lotion is my all time fave and the wax is also popular.

Martin de Candre, while not just lavender, is a great, strong scent and one of the best soaps around.

Haven't tried Castle Forbes

Personally I'd stay away from Tabula Rada Dark Lavender. If its a straight lavender you want, it's not that and I did not like the scent. That's my opinion of course, as are the rest of my suggestions Biggrin

Castle Forbes and Art of Shaving lavender have excellent lavender scents and quiet strong.

Also Tabula Rasa Dark Lavender and True Gentlemen lavender cream.

However,my favorite is T&H Lavender which scent reminds me of Acqua Di Parma Lavanda Tonice EDT (no longer made).

Kaveh, try to get some Lavanda cream which is made by the same company as Musgo Real. Gorgeous lavender scent, mixed with something else. Wink

Odd people here mention CF's Lavender. I bought Forbes' Lime SC at Colonial Drug, Cambridge, last year after smelling the 3 SCs in the line: Lime, Lavender & Cedar-Sandal. The latter smelled unpleasant while I found the lavender to be weak.

The Lime's fantastic.

I love AoS' Lavender, EO based & well-scented, but it's too weak.

I don't know what the other creams cited here smell like, but I think I ought to go w/ TOBS or Musgo.

Castle Forbes Lavender is my favorite cream because of the great protection it provides, but the scent has always seemed light to me - it's not an in-your-face lavender. QCS Lavender and Mike's Hungarian Lavender are both stronger - and good products (I prefer QCS).

I totally agree. Although I have a LARGE number of soaps in my den, MdC has become my everyday guilty pleasure! The lavender is the dominant fragrance in MdC.

I'd endorse the scent of TOBS and Musgo Real Lavender creams.
