THANK YOU NOOKERS( or is it Nookies?)
In the Arena today a Beautiful Ranger Tech.                            $35.00 SOLD
Mechanically perfect,Smooth and effiecient shaver
Great candidate for a replate ,Although i think it is really
cool as is
This is one of the all brass heads,The handle was plated
but the head was never plated.
My theory is that after Pearl Harbor,Gillette had to start gearing up for
military razors ,so all other model production stopped also a real hard job for the
Employees, I believe they let the Employees take razors in stock as a reward for all
the extra work, but they could not plate the unplated heads
The head and handle are two separate units The handles were ready and the heads had
not been plated.Eezzy Peezy .
they needed room for the new military contract ,things had to go no matter their place in
the process i suppose.Must have made sense at the time,Within a week of Pearl Harbor
we were at war with the Japanese and the Third Reich and Friends. This problem must have been very small potatoes

Very beautiful
How aggressive is it?
Compared to Super speed 40s or super adjustable 109 Black Beauty?

I would not say aggressive, but more efficient and a closer longer lasting shave than a 40's Superspeeds
About a very smooth 6-7 on a Fat Boy or Slim, depending on the blade used
