Hello everyone:
what do you think of Proraso After Shave Lotion(Green)?
1. he is does the job in terms of soothing irritation and redness, and maybe help to prevent ingrown hairs/razor bumps?
2. after using it the face is with moisturizing? , Or it just drying the face?

Many Thanks
have a nice day

it is a good product. I like pitralon better but YMMV
the only way to avoid razor bumps and irritation is with a steady hand, sharp blade and very good technique.
then you will have a DFS. then alum, splashes and balm will be based on your own preference and time constraints.
products will not solve your issues.

Second and third that! It took me a while to learn that (duh...) but once I did it has been consistent close, irritation-free daily shaves.
I would add that letting my pre-shave scrubbed stubble "soak" for at least a minute to thoroughly soften.
Proraso "Green" was my first really good aftershave and IMO it's quite good but many other products are great in their own right and I always have one or another varieties of Thayer's witch hazel in play.

I also have the sandalwood splash and their balms, but for a basic, traditional splash the green. I have many more expensive and fancy bottles that aren't as good to me.

Once again, I’m an outlier. Proraso Green was the first aftershave I bought in my life, five or six years ago, while in my late 50s. I immediately PIF’d it, as it reminded me of Vick’s Vapor-Rub. Then I thought about whether to try again, and decided to buy Tabac. I loved it. To me, the aftershave is the best part of the shave, and I’ve got over a hundred full-sized bottles of the stuff to prove it...

Have to agree. No aftershave can compensate for poor technique, bad razor, bad blade. Understanding what works for your own skin and beard and good technique are the pathway to a great shave.
That being said, proraso green is a good product, but not a compelling must have, give the many other products available.

For me this is a fragrance and nice cooling sensation for after the shave , I’m never worried about performance as it’s not really going to add much other than a nice scent and a bit of menthol. I would use a balm along side this product. I do love the classic scent and will always use it.

over 100 bottles of aftershave??? Serious
It's safety razors that I have over a hundred of. Around 120 last count but I've purchased a few more since then.
