In that size, I believe you are after a 14 (8/8) or 17 (7/8).

The "1/2" denotes a round point.

A "V" makes it a 1/4 grind (heavier grind)

I sold a #17 that I wish I would have kept. They are excellent razors.

The Friodur 17 1/2 is one of my favorite razors. It's a 7/8 hollow grind but with a substantial weight to the spine and scales. I enjoy the weight and feel of this razor, and I could easily shave with it daily. I also have a 17 and a 17v that I also enjoy using, but for me, the 17 1/2 is my favorite. I've never tried a #14, the 8/8 Friodur. They are rare, and are much more expensive, and not worth the price in my opinion, unless you have a strong preference for an 8/8.

Thanks for the info gentlemen’s
Indeed the 14 is pretty expensive at the auction site, I will look for a 17 instead

The 14 and 17 (and the round nose 17-1/2) are two entirely different razors, though both are nominally 7/8.

The 17 is shorter, heavier grind that was probably intended for the Japanese market. The 14 is close to a Filarmonica, much more thinly ground and a longer edge.
