Was wondering if anyone else was having an issue with Grooming Dept. I placed an order a couple months ago and two weeks went by and I hadn't received tracking info so I sent him an email. He responded back a couple days later and said he forgot to send me my items. I told him that's fine and to just refund my money. I placed an order 8 days ago thinking it must have been a fluke regarding my previous order. 5 days in I hadn't received tracking so I sent him a polite email letting him know I was going to be out of town for a week and I really didn't want my two jars of preshave to sit out in the hot sun while I was gone. Here we are three days later and I still haven't heard from him let alone received tracking info.

I placed an order for the preshave as well but I would not worry. I have never had an issue with anything I have ever ordered. Sometimes it takes a bit to get your order but it will come. If you can’t wait, he will issue you a refund. He is one of the most accommodating artisans in the industry.

Yep, Mo has never failed me! I have been riding with him from the beginning and own a ton of his stuff. His customer service is awesome and he always makes things right.
