What, in your opinion, is the best orange/bergamot/neroli cologne or eau de toilette?

I've only owned Creed Neroli Sauvage, but I liked it alot.

Lots of people like Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino.  As a single scent note orange might be at the very top of my list, so I like the tree you are barking up.   Thumbup

Tom Ford’s Neroli Portafino is a nicer version of the timeless classic 4711. It’s great but soooo expensive.

Maitre perfumier et Gantier has one called ‘Pour Le Jeunne Homme’. In all honesty I hated it when I bought it (blind buy), but it has definitely grown on me.

Creed Neroli Sauvage and Czech & Speake Neroli. The latter is more neroli-centric, but both - albeit fleeting - are excellent.

Well, I decided to get some Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, partially because of the reviews and recommendations and partly because I spent a great week in Portofino many years ago.  Thank to all for the suggestions.

TDH is a unique frag but bitter grapefruit and coarse vetiver are the dominant notes for me.
For a mainstream scent its amazing. Hardly surprise since its created by jean Claude Ellena

For the Terre d"Hermes experts, can anyone give their thoughts on the difference between the Original and Eau Tres Fraiche?

I own both, in fact I also own both the TDH EDT as well as the TDH Pure Perfume.
The Tres Fraiche has less earthy tones and more vibrant fresh citrus tones.

There might be Neroli in TDH, but to my nose this Neroli is so far in the background, that I would never think of TDH as anything close to a Neroli fragrance, which is why I don’t mention TDH in my list of Neroli fragrances above.

But TDH is all about orange and citrus and this Jean Claude Ellena cumin note, that gives a very earthy - and to some - a sweaty undertone to the fragrance.
It’s also very much present in Ellenas’s Cartier Declaration.
You also have a dirty Vetiver note in TDH, a note I really appreciate.
Not all women enjoy TDH as much as most men will. This is not a womaniser fragrance in my view. I wear TDH for me, myself and I - and I always love it the 2-3 times a year I wear my TDH fragrances.

My favourite orange frags from my collection are:

Hermés Concentré D’orange Verte
Terre D’Hermes EDT/PP/Eau Fraiche
Hermés Eau de mandarine ambrée
Frederic Malle Bigarade Concentré
ADP Aracia Di Capri
Eau de Cartier essence d’orange

My favourite Bergamot fragrances from my collection are:

Dior Homme Cologne 2013 version
ADP Bergamotto Di Calabria
Xerjoff Nio
Le Labo Bergamotto 22
Versace Homme Eau Fraiche
Bergamotto The Different Company

My OVERALL favourite citrus/orange fragrance, that is very affordable and quite long lasting is Eau de Rochas Homme. This fragrance has it all. Great composition, great longevity and projection, well balanced and most importantly it’s very affordable.

Maybe it's just the cedar playing with the flint/gunflint, but the main note I get is clarysage.

In fact, smells very similar to St. James of London Cedarwood and Clarysage.

Hmmn.. I get orange, pepper, and Vetiver from TD’H. I usually call it dark/dirty-orange.
