Oh dear.

I just shaved…without a blade in my razor.

OK, I’m on vacation, and sort-of in a relaxed state, and, well, not all that alert I guess.

I lathered up, and shaved. I was rinsing off the remaining lather after the first pass and realized that I was getting a very poor shave. Now, I did skip shaving yesterday, so I had more of growth than usual, so I thought that might be the problem.

I decided I better put in a new blade. And then I discovered the situation. There was no blade in my razor. Now I remember— I cleaned my razor 2 days ago, and didn't put a new blade back in.

Ever had that happen?

You must have had a fair amount to drink last night to have gone through an entire pass without a blade.  Very interesting...

I've done that before, but noticed I was missing the blade immediately.

But hey; no nicks of razor burn Tongue

I've never been that zoned out when shaving before... when I'm that much on vacation I simply choose not to shave Smile

I can honestly say that after 61+ years of shaving, I have never had that happen.

Thinking you had the best shave till you noticed no blade? Wondering what blade you had in? Funny story thanks for the laugh.

You know it's a bad day when an exterminator tells you you have termites.  Only the kind of termites you have shouldn't be here.  Apparently I have dry wood termites.........in North New Jersey.  Unheard of is what I've been told by two exterminators.  Why me?  Why me?

Man I would keep that state of mind. If you're so relaxed you can't remember the blade, that's living. Don't sweat the small stuff and laugh at yourself. Thanks for sharing!

i've done this for a couple of strokes on my cheek.  it was a very comfortable, tug free shave!
