Well, I'm not so sure it IS the best of all, but I picked this up at a market this morning. A curiosity. Box is terrific, and the razor was inside, most surprisingly. There is not stamp on the razor, so I can only assume it is the right one. It is light and tinny, but shiny and intact. Nice detailing, though. Instructions on the inside. I am guessing...1940s?? "German Make"

Anyone ever seen one before?

Nothing in Waits' Razor Compendium under that name - possible a rebadged razor? Looks nice though Smile

Possibly rebadged, yes, although I have never seen a handle like it before. In time, someone will recognise it. Maybe ?

II like the instructions for use. Short, sweet and to the point! The handle looks vaguely reminiscent of an Edwin Jagger handle.
