Frequent phone snubbing.

Heavily-photoshopped selfies.

Office gossip spiraling out of control.

Over-paranoid and rotten attitudes.

I find cats and dogs more pleasant.

I'd rather be a hermit.

Anyone else?

Yeah, I don't share this opinion in the least.  I love my being around my wife and daughters.  I have no major issues with the, admittedly few, women I work with.  It sucks if that's what you have to put up with.

I would put forth that your post can apply to a lot of dudes also.

I agree about dogs.  I don't like cats and would assign your attribute of over paranoid and rotten attitude to them.

I stand corrected. My former neighbour's timid cat would never let me stroke it. This is the closest I ever got with the dslr - then it jumped back over the fence.

Can't live without one.  It's a matter of finding the right one, which can be a challenge.

I’d never be happy if there were no women around. Hos before bros is more my motto than the other way around.

Well, I have a great wife and two daughters, no sons but one fiancé and another saving for a ring. I work in an elementary school. There are four men on the faculty and another five between the kitchen and custodial staffs. There are about sixty-five women to the nine men. I’ve learned to exist peacefully. No big deal. Women are okay by me. My Mom was a woman. I play guitar with men and women and talk about shaving with men. Things are balanced. I’m good.

I had to work with some of the most poisonous back stabbing bitches ever, who thought that they were to be given special consideration because they were female. Not all but there were some. Now I'm retired and some of our closest friends are the females from work who were decent human beings at the job.  But the ones I meet outside of work are also fine and if they aren't I don't need to be around them. There was something about that job environment...

FWIW, there have been a few gents I prefer not to be around either, but those have been extremely few and none are in my life today. But they weren't poisonous like the females were at work. Maybe they were envious because despite their best efforts they couldn't grow as good beards and mustaches as we could. Biggrin You know every one of the poisonous ones were butt ugly. I bet they knew it. I see some of them out and about from time to time and the years haven't been kind to them, they're still butt ugly and older and more of the ugliness has seeped out from inside. One difference between being forced to work with them then and now... I don't need to tolerate them now.
