doesn't mean you should cut corners.

I'm on a trip (to warmer weather) for a while. That's no reason to reduce the enjoyment of my shaves. I always make sure I'm well equipped to start my day properly. And, have the variety I so relish.

Do you do the same?

I do the same when I'm checking in luggage and don't have any restrictions on what I can bring.

I try to keep the kit to a minimum when traveling. If I’m going to be somewhere for many days with many opportunities to shave, the only “extra” item I generally pack is a second brush. One badger, one synthetic. If it’s just for a day or two, one synthetic brush satisfies. I can easily shave for two weeks no problem with my travel razor a nice Contract Tech. A puck of unscented Valobra is all I need. Blades, alum, lightly scented witch hazel, and I’m good to go.

I don’t check luggage, so am limited in what I carry. That said - I’ve thought about retiring the synthetic in favor for a natural hair badger. Has anyone had issues with a carry-on badger when flying internationally?

[Image: pmxWU8W.jpg]I’m flying 2,000 miles tomorrow for four days with this as my only piece of luggage. My shaving kit will consume most of it.

ya, I go with synthetic when traveling.  Don't care for them as much as badger, but I don't want to leave one of my good badgers sealed up for a long time when it's still damp when I'm on my way home.

and I think you've got it right, my friend.  I, too, just pack the important stuff. (but my luggage is a wee bit bigger)

When I travel, it is usually for work and for a week or two at a time, so I have to balance performance and space taken in my GoBag...

...think I got it nailed down pretty well.

Johnny, I’m guessing TSA doesn’t have a problem with the injector or the dispenser? I’ve often been tempted to take an injector along but haven’t done so yet.

Not to speak for him, but I've switched to mostly taking an injector when I'm flying. Never had an issue, I think they look at it like a cartridge razor.
I've also never had a DE questions when I take it apart into individual pieces, but I did get searched once when I forgot to.
