Greetings to all and thank you for accepting me as a member of this Forum.
I was into wet shaving many,  many years ago, got away from it and now I'm back in.  So I consider myself a real novice with little experience.
I'm a just retired cowboy (cattle rancher) who collects quite a few different fields.  Now, I'm in head over heals into shaving.  I seem to be buying just about everything in sight--from razors, creams and soaps and especially brushes.  I haven't been doing this long enough to know all the differences between all the brands of brushes, the different batches of hair for these brands and all the other subtle differences between them.  So bear with me if I ask some of you some really dumb questions.
I have quite a few different brushes as of now, many from the old established companies, but also a few from some of the different Artisan makers.  I've taken a real shine to the Simpson line of Manchurian Special Editions and also the Morris & Forndran (both totally made Sabini and the Brad Sears collaboration brushes).  So kinda zeroing in on those two brands.
Again, thankyou for accepting my membership.  I hope to learn alot from all of you.  Sorry to be soooo long winded.

Welcome. I too am a big fan of Morris & Forndran old and new. I also used to shave with a DE, got away from it when I was just too busy, and then returned three or four years ago. However, I am not retired yet. Enjoy that, enjoy your shaves, and ask away.
