You might need a hammer and chisel to get a chunk, Gary.  24

I have been using MWF exclusively for a few weeks now. It's a very good soap with a clean scent.

I have experienced the disappearing lather some members mention. This is due to lack of product.  This usually happens with  denser or larger brush. When I use a dense or larger brush, I load the brush for a few more seconds. This has solved any disappearing lather issues. I've never given this much attention when using other soaps.

Are there better soaps out there? Yes, but MWF has been around for over a 100 years and if I was forced to use just one soap for the rest of my life, I could do a LOT worse than MWF. I like it a lot and it will always be in my shave den.

My thoughts EXACTLY!

MWF has been around for a long time and is considered a classic.  Some users experience lathering issues with it due to their water.  I have hard water, and some shaving soaps will not lather here.  However, both the MWF shaving and bath soaps lather fine for me.  I like the simple, fresh, clean scent.  It's a soap everyone should try.

I like the scent but can't use the soap bc of a certain toxin.

Is that toxin a radioactive isotope or Lanolin? ?

I'm not aware of any radioactive isotopes. There could be some Roundup though now that I'm thinking about it...but that's not what I was referring to Smile

A true classic.

Yes, it can be hard to dial in.
And it lives to be used on a daily basis.

But then it provides a lather that is hard to beat.
