If cost is important you will have a very hard time beating an Elite Razors handle with a Manchurian White knot. At $125 for a resin handle with a 26mm you are getting an excellent high end badger knot and a handle that will be one of the nicest you can get. He could easily charge $50 more.

Brad Sears brushes are also excellent for a little more than Bob's, and when you are ready to plunk down $200+ that's where you go for a new Morris & Forndran.

If I were in the market for a quality mid-priced brush, I'd look to either Bob Quinn, as mentioned above, or Peter Wolf.  Both are honest men who do good work and have been around the block a few times.  If I were looking for a brush by a larger enterprise, Simpson Best's are also excellent.   Just remember what Tester said, brushes can be addictive.  Biggrin

Can be super addictive.  My family is trying to send me to brush rehab.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I will make sure to see a brush therapist before things get out of hand.
