Been deliberating over advertising these... I had every intention of keeping them but what with Christmas and everything my Paypal could use some extra funds so here we are...

Matched pair of Fontenille 134 "L'Ami Du Coiffeur" No.86 blades, made in France, not sure on age but sometime between 1930-1950 I believe. They are beautiful blades both measuring 13/16" with a sort of hybrid point and faux ivory scales... Originally intended for barbershop use, each spine bares the stamp "Special Pour Coiffeur".

These were NOS prior to my finding them, I sent them to JamieM for the full honing treatment which he has done impeccably, they now have a lovely micro bevel set and are laser sharp... I've not even used them since as I've been preoccupied with a Feather AC so they are 100% shave ready and pretty much "better than new."  Biggrin

Price is £120 delivered within the UK for the pair, will not split. Happy to post worldwide at cost (signed for only.)

Better pictures to follow but here's a preview:

Wow, those are nice.  Clap

I know I shouldn't even ask, but for the curious folks in the US, what's the shipping cost like?

Thanks Gabe.

I don't know the exact figure without looking it up but it's around £13.95 for priority shipping complete with tracking and signature on delivery... There is £4 UK postage built into the asking price so in reality it would only be an extra £10 on top (so £130 total delivered to the US.) Hopefully that makes sense and I didn't totally over complicate matters?  Undecided

Thank you. It does make sense and did complicate things. Now the temptation is REAL.  Babeando
