There are a number of down right great looking shave soap bowls in which some of the best shave soaps come in. I was wondering what people thought was the BEST looking / sexiest "comes with product" bowl / container is. I'm not including generic style wooden bowls because those are way too common, these are the bowls that when you see it, you know EXACTLY what soap it is.

I voted for the MdC wooden bowl because I want one. I already know how great the soap is.

I have one of the MWF ceramic containers, and although I would not say it is sexy, it is very functional.

Now, if your talking sexy, a piece of furniture, then it would have to be the Joris wooden bowl.

C&S is winning my vote at this point in time. Definitely sexier than my GFT/DRH bowls.

While I don't think I Coloniali's bowl is the sexiest of the bunch, if you haven't given it a try someday you should. The bowl fits in the palm of your hand perfectly and the soap itself is just awesome for the skin. I don't know if it's the mango oil or what but my skin always feels awesome after using it.

Either way, it shouldn't stop you from voting, it's not a what is your favorite to use question, just a what do you think is the best looking for the bunch. Biggrin

For those who have the C&S soaps (#88 or Oxford and Cambridge) what the heck do they smell like. While I think both bowls are VERY sexy, the idea of plunking down $150 for a bowl .... ZOINKS!

I'll go with the L'Occitane bowl. The UFO look is just too cool.

I gotta go with L'Occitane. The minimalist in me loves that clean, simple look. I don't think I'd ever buy one, as I have my puck in a small well-fitting $2 bowl from Walmart, but...

I voted other. Not functional, but pure class, cork stopper and like you said "when you look at it, you know EXACTLY what's in it"...if you don't, you're missing out.

Here is a shot of mine:

The porcelain bowls from Dr. Dulcamara's Pots & Potions have a very nice vintage look. Unfortunately my experience with the shaving cream was not good.

I'm with Johnny, that Joris bowl is the sexiest bowl you can buy...

I definately think the C&S bowl is the best looking. If it wasn't crazy expensive i'd already have one.

i have always love Mitchell's bowl even though i have never used it as it is just too much money for a bowl and i am too practical a person. Enjoy your bowls, lads.
