My dilemma is that I just got a Rockwell 6S for Christmas and I have a 6C that I picked up about 3 months ago. Is is worth keeping both since they are basically the same razor just made from different materials? Should I sell the 6C since I like the stainless steel 6S better? Thanks in advance foyour help.

Welcome to TSN!

The 6S was a very nice Christmas gift.  I would sell the 6C.

What is a fair market price?  It is in like new condition without any marks or problems.

I would suggest to use the 6c as a travel razor.

I would keep the 6C as a travel razor. It’s good to have a nice razor for travel.

I would keep the 6C as a travel razor, as suggested, or consider Paying It Forward to a friend, relative or coworker who haven't seen the light as far as proper shaving goes yet Wink

I have more than 2 razors, these are just so similar that I felt that I didn’t need to keep both.

Thanks to some of the more useful suggestions, I have decided to keep the 6C Gunmetal version and use it as a travel razor.

+2.
I used to do that.
(Although - now I have a Lupo in the dopp bag and in every room of my house. Nothing wrong with a 6c though.)

try both before making a decision. I tried them side by side for over a week or so, and I preferred 6C over 6S. 6C felt a bit smoother going ATG (same plates on both). And I know a few other who prefer 6C over 6S.

That's a good point... My father did not like the 6s and loves the 6c. Ymmv. I like them equally.
