Hi all, for those of you who use SV soaps and purchased a refill/sans bowl, do you have a recommended container for storing them? I'd prefer something wood or ceramic over tin or plastic. From my other thread, this is now my daily driver. Thanks!

Have you considered SV’s alder wood bowl? Bullgoose has them

They fit with a slight paring of the edge, in the  beautiful glass Meißner paste containers..

Maybe consider Miron violet glass, available in the US, too.

Otoh, the measly IKEA Grundtal steel can with clear plastic lid doesn’t look that bad.

That's not a bad look! Unfortunately, I'm not able to find those on the US site...

That's a beautiful bowl. It's more than I want to spend at the moment, but I'll save it for future reference!

Those are nice looking and reasonably priced, too. Do you have experience with the SV refills fitting in these?

@dontodd: unfortunately I have no experience with SV soaps in miron glass. Maybe give them a try and tell us?

Then there is another miron bowl you may like:

Used an empty Body Shop Maca root shave cream container.  Worked great.
