Hey all,

While I am mainly a face latherer, I took a ceramics course this past summer and decided to try my hand at making some shave bowls! Well after having to wait months for them to get high fired, they are finally ready for use! I have three bowls all of which are slightly different, so I thought I would share with you all.

Here are the three bowls. The green/black one front and center is the smallest and shallowest. The brownish I made some deep grooves to help in building lather, and the blueish is is like the green/black, but larger.

On the green/black and blue I molded a grip-able base with a thick rim so I can securely hold onto it while building a lather.

Here's a better look at the grooves of the brown bowl, I'm quite pleased with how this one turned out! The grooves are accentuated with the black coloration.

And finally, my SOC Boar whipping up some MdD in this bowl's first ever lather! Looking pretty good!

Thanks for looking! And be sure to enter my PIF to win the blue bowl plus goodies!

Thank you very much Bruce, it is definitely my favorite of the bunch. Though, if I make another like it, it will be in the green/black color I think.

Anthony, all three look great to me. Color wise I like the blue one and green one. Nice touch on the bottom extension so you can hold them in your palm.

Job well done sir.
