Sorry if this question is already asked before but

What is you quick lunch tip?

Edit: Soup not soap. Cant stop to wonder if someone think my eating habits are a bit strange. Confused

I´m sitting here at the computer with a bowl of pea soup with pork.
Its from a can but a good make and tastes very nice with some spices and a bit a sweet strong mustard. Takes only a few minutes to warm up in a pot.

I usually do not eat lunch (or breakfast) so I guess that's the fastest tip of all. Wink

If I'm not meeting anyone for awhile after lunch and can brush my teeth - sardines on toast or crackers. If I'm lucky, Bar Harbor smoked Herring.

We in the frozen tundra think alike. Peanut butter with honey or jelly, or jam, or preserves. A great protein sandwich.

This is what i did today. A little bit of experimental cooking and it turned out very delicious. For 1-2 person. I´m big and hungry so i eat for 2. ;-)

Experimental Asian potatoe pan

Chop 7 big Hashs Brown and fry up in a pan in butter.
Ad Cayene pepper powder and salt.
Ad one can of chopped bamboo shots.
Ad a generous amount of soya sauce.
Ad a little bit of brown sugar.
Ad 3 eggs. Mix it into the dish for every egg you pour down.

Fry and Mix till the eggs is done.

Eat it in a bowl (Add a few drops of a strong sauce if you like that kind of stuff. I have something called DA BOMB. Extremly strong sauce!) :-D
