I have a number of Manuel's soaps (Dama de Noche, Rosas, Citricos to name a few).  These soaps are firm but pliable.  However, my tub of the Rosa-Oud is very soft and sticky.  Does anyone have the Rosa-Oud that is the same consistency as mine?  Great scent and lather.....just a different consistency.

Thanks much......................

Mine is semi hard as always, Try to leave it open for a week  or two.

Have you bought it recently?  Maybe the change in texture is because of the trip.

My Eufros soaps (Tobacco, Sandalo (2), Dama De Noche, and Rosa-Oud) are all soft. Soft to the point of not liking to scoop it, and press it in the bottom of the bowl.

I think I will load the brush on the puck, and then bowl lather this week.

My Rosa-Oud is harder, definitely a firm croap.

I've been using Manuel's soaps since 2011 and have had a broad spectrum of consistencies. I believe it's down to curing time and has no effect whatsover on performance. I, personally, prefer a firmer soap and, as Luis has already said, hardening can be achieved by leaving the soap uncovered for a week or so.

Just bought the same - mine is a croap. Not gooey or soupy.

Funny thing is, as scoop and load/lather in a bowl, prefer a soft pliable croap Facilitates spreading a thin layer speeding the process considerably
