Yes, you are right @TheLegalRazor  many of us are confined to our homes during the coronavirus lockdown. And due to lockdown, I have plenty of time in my hand, I am trying to make different food, and recently I baked English apple pie in my wood fried oven.

A Bavarian cheese mix. Camembert, butter, onions, pepper, chives, paprika powder, a shot of beer and milled caraway seed. Mix and put away somewhere cool.
Perfect with a decent bread and beer.

We replaced our 27 year old range today.  To celebrate we made cookies and pasta Carbonara.

Very nice! If I didn't start eating keto again, I'd be all over making that soon. Just feel too good when I eat keto to do anything else, and noticably worse when I stop eating keto.

Pizza, Pizza!

Make the 500g dough with 20g of rice. Any rice, just grind it to the consistency of flour. Your pizza will have a crunchy crust. This comes from recipes of pinsa, an old style variation of pizza.
Put artichokes, thin slices of tomato, herbs, mozzarella, pepper and salt on top.
Into the oven for 15min.

Put bresaola and rucola (lacking rucola, I took basil) on top and serve.

Loos good!.  I've tried pizza with a cauliflower crust, but never one with a rice crust.  The Bresaola is a nice topping.

That looks good Ricardo.  Did you grow the tomatoes?

Shawn, I did not grow the tomatoes.  They were grown at a local farm.  There is an agricultural area south of Miami with numerous farms.  Some sell direct to the public.  Tomatoes and strawberries are particularly popular, and winter is the growing season here.

Made some ATK "Indoor Pulled Chicken" tonight. It's easy to make and very tasty. I can't eat it on a bun which is the "right" way to eat it, but its good none the less. My wife puts it in a burrito shell with pickled jalapenos and such and likes it that way. None of which would agree with the recipe as suggested by ATK.

I'm waiting for the weather to break and then I have some burgers to cherry smoke/grill made from home ground beef brisket. That should happen on Saturday.
