My Straight Razor Design black mug arrived today. This is what it looks like.
They packed it in an oversize USPS Priority box so it probably kept sliding from top to bottom and it was not even packed that well. We will see how good their customer service is.

Oh, that's really too bad. I'm always afraid of that, and anxious, when I order breakables (especially since I once worked at the Post Office). I hope you're able to get a replacement without problems.

I have already contact SRD with the picture and requested a refund. The problem is they packed it with hardly any bubble wrap using an oversize box
so the mug kept shifting from one end to the other.
The issue has been resolved. A refund and apology was sent to me. A really stand up company.

Jerry, I'm really glad they were so prompt with the refund. I certainly hope they improve their packaging methods.

Sorry buddy, just taking a moment to lighten it up. I'm sure they'll make it right, once their boss gets word of where this has gone... .

That is really to bad Jerry, that would of made you a great little mug. When I ordered mine from them last year, it had tons of packing in it.

They have always been a stand up vendor with me. I'm glad they resolved the issue quickly.

NOW! Get out the super glue or epoxy. Smile
