I have already contact SRD with the picture and requested a refund. The problem is they packed it with hardly any bubble wrap using an oversize box
so the mug kept shifting from one end to the other.
The issue has been resolved. A refund and apology was sent to me. A really stand up company.

They refunded my money very quickly. I have other scuttles and my trusty marble mortar.
