Phil, I have very little if any experience with synthetic  and what I do have is from long ago.  Would you say they favor creams or soaps? Just getting some info first.

I have the T2 and T1 and I use them with both.  MWF, Speick Stick, and Speick Cream.  They are firm but have the soft tips like a Plisson Synthetic.

I agree with Johnny -the Trafalgar series works well with both hard soaps and creams. They have pretty good backbone, soft tips and excellent flow through.
