Looks like a Gillette New, which dates it to the 30's. Not sure what the reissue number is - I was expecting a serial number. Perhaps Mr Razor's website can help you narrow down the model and date better, or someone here have more in depth knowledge than me
As an interesting aside, the patent number listed - 1,639,335 - points to a patent by Henry J Gaisman of the Autostrop Company. This covers how the blade matches projections and cut outs in the blade holder, and is an indication that your razor dates to after the Gillette - Autostrop merger (late 1930).

Here are the two most useful parts. You'll need to drill down, back out, down, etc. But if you're vert interested, I don't know of a better resource.

I would call your razor a US-made, three-piece, long-comb, ball-end NEW. You should be able to narrow down to at least a few models by drilling down and matching various elements (e.g., patent numbers, knurling, case, etc.).
