What products do you use the most of, or the fastest? Be as specific as you like.

Fastest: a bottle of fine snakebite (which I used for every shave for the first splash, followed by a scented a/s until I ran out)
Most used blades: feather pro-supers (especially since I’ve been using them in my asylum rx)
Most used balms: Sapone di paolo arancione (2.5 bottles down) and village barber
Longest lived products in active rotation: Mike’s soaps, Saponificio Varesino soaps
Things I never use, but own: styptic pencil

Fastest: Le Pére Lucien Traditional Le Savon du Barbier
Most used blades: Pol Silver Super Iridium, Kai, Astra Green
Most used balms: Manna Di Sicilia, Mangifera Indica Mango Butter
Longest lived products in active rotation: Mike's was the best American artisan soap formula for me and I was actually just thinking about this recently. I think I have finished the soaps  from his brand compared to any other brand. I think I have completed like 5 of his pucks so Mystic Water and Barrister Mann were my other most used artisan shave soaps. Nowadays, SV mainly
Things I never use, but own: Can't think of one right now, I'll update later

Fastest used up: Dickinson’s witch hazel, Proraso Sandalwood AS. Fwiw, the fastest disappearing artisan soap is Shannon’s. It’s worth every vanishing bit of lather.
Most used blades: Israeli Personna
Most used balm: unrefined organic shea butter
Longest lived products in active rotation: B&M unscented soaps (I bought up all available inventory when it was discontinued)
Own but never use: near mint MMOC set

Fastest = Mystic Water soap (it's my only soap)
Blades = Wizamet Iridium Super (only blades I use)
Balm = unrefined shea butter (only thing I use, except when temperatures exceed 30 degrees celsius, then Thayer's Witch Hazel unscented)
Longest lived products = Mystic Water soaps and Wizamet Iridium Supers (been using them since 2011 and still have a very large collection of both)
Own but never use = vintage DEs and SEs, straight razors,
