They arrived!

And they’re beauties.

The Ranger is 27mm. It’s still a little wet because I made some lather with it this afternoon.

The Beehive is 29mm XD. Haven’t wet it yet.

Can’t wait to start using them. Aldo sure is an accomplished craftsman.

Looks like wood, but it's urethane resin. Apparently won't chip or break.

Seeing that portly 29mm Beehive makes me wonder what a 35mm Beehive would look like now.

Any feedback on the ergonomics of the beehive vs ranger when loading/lathering?

Which handle do you find more ergonomic in use?  Which knot do you like better and why?

Hmmmm.  Hard to say.  I'll have to think about it when I shave tomorrow.  Perhaps the Ranger is a little easier to hold.  I guess it depends on how big your hands are.
