Using computer technology to interpolate "missing frames", this youtuber has some lovely videos of what happened sixty odd years ago...

Excellent.
In some ways that tech seems almost primitive now.
As an entire planet civilization, we should be going back to the moon and exploring space again.
From what I can tell, a mission to Mars seems like all talk, not much action.
Burning cities, terrorism, gang and religious violence and even cyber crimes just don’t seem like a good use of our knowledge.
Do these evil people even know that this fantastic Apollo project happened?
Maybe we need to stop killing each other, relax with a nice shave and eat more hot dogs?

A lot of the advanced tech we have today was developed from stuff invented for the space program.. but they went to the moon with computers that a toy can run rings around today.

That said, you can travel to the moon with slide rules - the math isn't hard.

You may be able to use a slide rule, I can hardly do anything without my iPad.
