This is my wife’s kid brother, Lonny. Lonny had a wife and two young sons. Lonny was a great guy. He was the kind of a person everyone liked. We miss him in our lives.

This was his friend, Pete. Lonny and Pete worked and died together. Pete left a wife and 4 month old twin baby girls. Five years later the girls entered kindergarten in my school. Two years after that, his wife Wanda and I connected all the dots. Wanda and my wife have a special bond.

James had a wife and five daughters. Three of his girls went to school with my daughters. They remain friends today.

John had a wife and a daughter. She was one of my daughter’s best friends for many, many years. We still see her occasionally in the neighborhood. John was a fellow guitarist. He worked in Ladder Company 11.

This is from a good friend of my sister.  A recollection from a good guy that lived.  We should never forget, never.
