I have the white version of this scuttle, it is very good. I had the ceramic one prior, but broke it. This one seems durable.

It is definitely a nice option as it is probably the best lathering bowl I have, but its 3 times the price of the timeless he is refering to as a price range he want to pay. But it hold a lot better in the hand, the sides are thicker and is also unbreakable.

The Timeless bowl isn't that wide at the bottom, so you can hold it pretty comfortably in the palm of your hand. And I say this as someone without large hands. For me, the problem is that is is actually quite tall and narrow, making it less comfortable when building a lather. Your hand motions have to be tighter, and I kept banging the sides of the bowl with my brush. Very well made and sturdy. If they changed the proportions by reducing the height and widening it just a bit, I'd consider buying it again.
I quite like the Pereira, but not enough to justify the price. Instead, I'm planning on going with the medium size of this one at Thingiverse:

You can download the plans for free and either print it yourself or send it out to a 3D printer shop. I'm just trying to figure out which material. If it's too rough, it will destroy my brush tips.

I bought Mike's Fine bowl and I like it. Sometimes a good deal on a higher quality used item is better than getting something cheaper because it is new.
