Folks.

I'd like to find a leather scented soap.  A search yielded this old THREAD and nothing since.

Any recommendations for a "real" leather scent?

Thanks

For mostly pure leather, Wickham's 1912 Russian Leather or Stitling British Leather.

For more complex scents with leather as a main note, Ariana & Evans Tertius, Barrister and Mann Leviathan (leather, coffee and woods) and Catie's Bubbles Lancaster Leather.

Leviathan is a must in my opinion!

I make two, Leather & Smoke (saddle leather, Cuban tobacco, a little musk and Lebanese cedarwood); and Field of Dreams, a new soap this summer with leather, dirt, grass and oak. I don't know if either of those would appeal to you, but I sell samples so you could try them.

Wholly Kaw makes Project Leather.  The maker describes its scent notes as such:

"The scent blend is made with refined notes of Leather Suede blended with Cardamom, sensuous Vanilla and Tobacco notes. Oud and Bourbon are added for substantivity."
