This comes out of an interest in acquiring plexi-handled shaving brushes... and despite my researches, I have been unable to find out how plexi handles are made.
Does anyone have any insight or knowledge?
I’m sure I’m not the only member or guest here who’d be keenly interested to know.
Thanks for any input you might have.
(Gee but it is hot here in Sydney today. 40s celsius. Yikes.)

So do we.

The ones with the squared off sides.
Those shapes can be achieved by machining with a mill.
I don't know for sure, but would guess some plexiglas (aka "acrylic") handles have been cast.
