When you buy the Cella brick either use it daily or place it in the fridge permanently and only takeit out when you need a dullop of it or it will go stale in 5-6 months time.
I had to throw my 1 kg brick out.
Never buying it again - but it's a great shaving croap, in fact it's fantastic.

I slice off a slice and mash it into a bowl, and it goes bad at room temperature in anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months - and I have central heat and air. 3P is far more stable, but not a tallow soap.
Don’t confuse it with your almond ice-cream!

3 shaves with the brick, and it is creamy and protective, comparable to SV DARE I say.? I was bit wary as I found some budget soaps disappointing. Not Cella, really the great soap users say it is. Plus, the marzipan scent is excellent, nothing like the basic soapy scent some budget soaps are like.

It's a soap many like, but it's shelf life seems to be a problem. It's something to keep in mind, as you're getting a large brick.
This is definitely true. A small amount should be cut off and placed in a tub for use. The remaining brick should be refrigerated. Rancid Cella is not pleasant.
