There are a few bushes that have been on my "wish list". Unfortunately, many of them are limited production brushes that are both pricey and difficult to obtain.

The 57 "Douglas" 2-band is one such brush. Limited in production over 2 years ago, I figured I had little to no chance to acquire one. However, like approaching a beautiful woman, the only way to be successful is to try. So- I did. And I found one. Unused and waiting for a home where it would get more love. Today- she arrived home, despite the USPS best attempt to ruin it.

Great find! I had one, but recently sold it because I have a Grosvenor 2-Band and they're basically the same size in knot and loft. Plus, I like the feel of the grosvenor handle compared to the 57. Again, a great find, enjoy it! Biggrin

Also, it looks like Ace Ventura delivered that box. 24

Thank you for the kind words, my friends. After picking up the Ehsan not too long ago, this and the Grosvenor were on my radar.

Congratulations!

The Douglas is one of the finest brushes I've ever used. It has permanent place in my Top 5.

I expect you'll soon discover that as well.
