Do these Roma have the same knot as the Evo synthetics?

The knot really looks like the Simpson Trafalgar synthetic.

It does look like the Simpson Trafalgar synthetic knot.  Here is a photo I found online of a Simpson Trafalgar and Omega Evo side by side.  The Trafalgar and Evo knots look different, and the Evo and Roma knots also look different.

Sovereign fiber is a little stiff.
The grey Nylon HD is very thin, and can be super dense.
With better mechanics and softer feeling.

I have an Omega Evo and a Simpson Trafalgar and can state the hair in both are different from one another. As to this new brush I can't say. Looking at it, visually it does look similar to the Trafalgar hair.

These days I used the Omega Roma shaving brush, in the Colosseum version.

I compared it to its natural antagonist:
• Omega Roma Colosseum, Nylon, 31x55x105mm, 84g
• Alexander Simpson Trafalgar T3, Sovereign, 32x53x103mm, 86g
[Image: MXrixvH.jpg]

Both great brushes.
Very effective, they differ in a few details.
Obviously the aesthetics, which show some inaccuracies in the italian.
But also the setting of the fiber, very similar in a general sense.
Roma a little more compact, both in form and in dynamics.
Looking at them from above they wouldn't seem so close.
In real life T3 looks one size bigger.
But it is easier to use.

In fact I believe that the settings underneath the node are different.
The composure of Rome is also noticeable in practice.
More massage (backbone), it opens less easily.
Although slightly, I found the laying of the foam in English faster and more precise.
However, both offer excellent performance at a great price.

Wanting to give a practical indication, I suggest you evaluate your needs.
More delicate skin may prefer the slightly higher sweetness of T3.
As well as the use in FL by users with large hands, given the more comfortable grip.
But in the end these are subtleties, compared to a substantial parity.
