There's a brand new (today) member JONASMALIK, who is PM'ing members with WTB ads. He will not respond to my PM asking who he is. It's very fishy. Please proceed with caution.

I agree this is problem that I've also seen recently. I had a new account PM me responding to a WTB ad directing me to contact an email address that was identified on other forums as a scammer.

All users should be very cautious when dealing with brand new accounts responding to WTB ads.

Hello everyone, guys, I'm a newbie and I still don't know what WTB is, and why it should be feared. Please explain if it is not difficult.

WTB = Want To Buy

In short it means a post where a user asks if anyone have a piece of hardware or software to sell. Governed by the rules found here.
