Seriously peeved with bad service from Faena. I liked their brush which I had seen in a couple of SOTD, very elegant. I received, however, something quite different. To be seen if they fix it.

I looked at their website, and the brush they sent you does not even appear to be listed.  I hope they resolve this to your satisfaction.

Assuming you bought this with a credit card, if you don't get satisfaction from the company send your correspondence plus the "this is what I ordered" picture and the "this is what I got" picture and see if they can help you.  They carry a lot more weight than you do and should be able to help as long as you can document it.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, it seems like I will need to take such steps.
