Re: SOTD pics

I’ve only recently begun to enjoy the daily photo shoot. For those who also participate, is there a particular method to your setup? Do you compose different scenes for the same shave? Do you shoot from multiple angles? Do you do substantial edits or enhancements? How do you choose the photo you want to share?

I'm not into photography, and lack the equipment and skills to take great SOTD photos.  I also don't want to devote a lot of time and effort to get an artistically "perfect" photo.   I just take a quick photo with my cell phone, and go with it.

I do enjoy the beautiful photos posted by other members.

I just use my phone camera.  Moto G7.  I take 2 or 3 pics.  Vary the angle and or arrangement of items.  Then crop, choose filter feature for desired slight enhancement.  Then select pic to post via process of elimination.  

I do this same process for all the social media posts for our Cafe'.

Yes, some guys have quite the knack. I like a good composition.
