Anyone cracked the code on making Segal-compatible blades out of a modern DE blade?
I've read the threads on using a Segal blade as a template and using cuticle scissors to trim a DE blade to fit, also the Dremel tool threads.
But has anyone come up with a stamp/punch for quickly and accurately making these blades?

The Segal was a cool design, but I don't see many guys going to the trouble of cutting a DE blade to fit.  A stamp/punch to cut these out would be great, but there is not enough of a market to make producing one economically feasible.
