Looking to see if anyone has a Bullgoose Vulfix Grosvenor 2 band that they are looking to sell.
Would like one to keep my 404 mixed company.

I have a return that you can have if you pay shipping. It does shed a bit...but it is free.

I have the Grosvenor LE two-band, and it is WONDERFUL! Very gracious of you, Phil.

Edit: Phil, in your experience, what is the brush still available that performs like the Grosvenor LE?

How does the Grosvenor LE differ from the regular one? It's one of my favorite brushes.

The LE (limited edition) has a knot of two-band badger. No boar/badger mix. The handle is, I believe, the same. It was offered exclusively through Phil about a year ago, and sold out quickly during the course of two runs.

Doug,
Vulfix made several different versions of the 404 Grosvenor.

A pure badger version
A boar version
A "mixed" boar/badger version

and Phil is man behind the LE version made with a 2 band knot from Simpson most refer to as the Simfix Grosvenor LE.

This information is correct except for the time-line. The Grosvenor LE came out well over two years ago and I sold my last one in March or early April of 2011. In all, there were around 90 of them made.
