Apologies folk, we have had another setback causing delay on this passaround: last user had family emergency then USPS misshipped the damn package. Life is full of contingencies. We are in touch with USPS to retrieve this and will follow up as soon as status known.

We truly do reside in a third world nation where even the simple task of delivering a package between metropolitan areas is beyond the capability of our best and brightest government officials...perhaps we should have offered a bribe....

Maybe we've been lucky. Since early 2015, we've shipped over 5,000 brushes via USPS Priority Mail. A fair number have taken inexplicable detours resulting in delays. But as I recall, only one went permanently missing (the package was delivered, but the brush had been extracted from the padded envelope, which insurance covered) and only one was delivered damaged (which insurance covered). We regard the USPS as a valued partner. The fact is, truly, we do not live in a third world nation. And although we've had some frustrating experiences, I continue to have great respect and appreciation for the USPS. We'd be screwed without it.

If you'd provide me with your tracking number, I'd be happy to send it to my contact at the USPS Kansas City Regional Center. He's never let me down.

Have shipped at least 1.000 USPS over past decade with great success until Dec 2020. Since then have had issues of extended delays, misdeliveries and outright losses inbound and outbound

Appreciated that, unlike healthcare workers, they never entered their profession assuming the risk of direct contact with communicable deadly disease nor were they so grossly overcompensated. However, the performance has been unacceptable, to a shameful level with an utter lack of contrition nor consequence.

Being far Left, possessing a respect for the central role of government, am outraged by this failure to honour the social contract that fuels the neoliberal flames incessantly calling for unending austerity and privatization.

PM forthcoming and thank you.
