I have the Titanium Crown handle, but broke down and bought the Spiral. I really wanted this one.

Rivaling the beauty and fine lines of Mike's Spiral, above, there's my GORGEOUS, brand-spankin' new old clunker from yesteryear:
I forget what I paid, but I think it was $5 (maybe $7).
I figure it's a 1921-1928 "New" razor.
Gee, that makes it 94-100 years old!
Any more definitive than that is beyond my nascent razor-fu skill level.
Mechanically it's in decent shape, but the finish.  Yuck!
It looks pretty terrible... er... I mean... it's got a BEAUTIFUL vintage patina!
I hope I have a patina when I'm 100 years old, instead of just wrinkles!

I reckon it was once brass with a nickel plating at some point in history.
But it's so badly worn that it's hard to tell.
Looks like a Steampunk razor.
Even though Open Comb October has passed, I tried it out today.
Got a nice shave, even with a once-used Shark blade!
Hope I'm 100% functional when I'm 100 years old.
Next time I'll use a Wilkie (India) or hold my breath and try a Feather.
Cheap fun!
Yeah, I'm a low-end kinda guy who's easily entertained.
What a great hobby!
:-)

Besides the Timeless Titanium handle, I also picked up the original PAA DOC from a TSN member.

If there's a serial number stamped on top of the baseplate it's simple to identify the exact year. If not, it's 1921-1928.
With that patina it looks silver... buff with a jewelers cloth and you'll be amazed how nice it comes up.

Mike, I can’t tell one from another, but they all look very Art Deco 1920s. Nicely done Smile

Richard, the Figaro Blue is an excellent aftershave splash.  I wish a USA vendor carried it.

UPS just delivered a box from Bullgoose but I won’t be home for another 2 hours or so. Hoping it doesn’t rain between now and then!

Very nice Thater, Charlie.  I think you'll like the Thater silver tip, which doesn't seem to get as much attention as the 2-band.
