Annemarie Börlind is one of the well-known 'Natural Cosmetics' (in German 'Naturkosmetik') brands in Germany and can be bought almost in every supermarket with biological products or specialised (also some general) cosmetic stores focusing on natural cosmetics - but also I do see them in general drugstores more and more.
Other brands are 'Weleda' (in general available around Germany everywhere and throughout Europe), 'Sante Verde' (little more specialised and focus on Aloe Vera instead of Aqua as main ingredient), a more extensive assortment and more well-known internationally is 'Dr. Hauschka', or a bit more exclusive is 'Pharmos Natur'.
Most brands found gentleman as a lucrative niche market, not saying that they have inadequate products at all. But they are more 'simple' and more 'day-to-day' with 'all-in-one' formules (face cream with aftershave for example). They thus create shaving creams, but it is not per se a 'good product' for those who love the shave. They are fairly good for the average chap.
Annemarie Börlind can most likely be found on-line when you are not in Europe, though on-line they ship also (or do have a branch in) to North-America (US/Canada). I saw they have also a Chinese language website, so getting the products to you should be possible. However, indeed, not all products are available everywhere.
Simply hit the name in your search (maybe in German: Annemarie Börlind Pflegende Rasiercreme), and you will most likely find a supplier that sends to you (though costs and customs may not be fair for what you get).
