Folks, I would like to try my hands at making shaving soaps. Want to start it as a hobby and see how it goes.

Being in India, I cannot get into a tallow based soap so it has to be a vegan soap.

Is it difficult to make one? What kind of an investment am I looking at? Where do I start from? All leads /suggestions are welcomed.

Regards
Jagdeep

There are instructional videos on YouTube, as well as articles on the Internet.   Beyond that, it's learning by trial and error.

Yes Ricardo. Thanks for the suggestion. Watching them videos.. interesting to see soap makers sharing their skills.

Was hoping if anyone into soap making from the community here at the Nook is willing to touch base, be a mentor and share knowledge.
