I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how the aggressiveness/efficiency/blade feel increases from plate to plate. I bought a brass razor with the "C" SB plate and find it to be slightly mild for my taste. I guess my main question is, is there a huge difference from the "C" plate to the "D" place, or should I skip to the "E" plate? I'm not looking for anything super aggressive, I just want something with a little bit more bite or blade feel to it.

fyi - they also make an F plate
Yes, I'm familiar with the plate selection and specs. I'm not sure the specs are helpful because I thought the "C" would work. I have other razors with less gap and have some blade exposure that feel more aggressive, so it is hard to say. We'll see.

I'm thinking that as I have the "E" plate in my cart. I plan on buying another of their razors down the line and can get "D: plates if needed. I odn't want to "overdo" it, but by the feel of the "C" plate I'm feeling I may be good with the "E". I'm not sure one step up will be quite enough.
