Last official count in 2021 was 132 including some duplicates I have stashed away and this does not include what's under my bathroom sink. The Avon bottles are all pretty much full as well and I do use them from time to time. I've picked up a few more since so unsure exact at the moment.

Btw, what’s the story behind the carved locomotive, river boat and panel truck?
Thank you Charlie. Island pick would be, and not in order of preference, T&S Indian Bay, Georgetown Bay rum, A&E Cuir de Milano, CCFW Frozen Vetiver, & Fine Lavender pour Homme.
The locomotive, river boat, and panel truck are Avon aftershave bottles. Locomotive contains Avon Wild Country, river boat is Tai Winds, and panel truck is Deep Woods.

You’re saying, wait a minute Steve, that’s not an aftershave! You’re right, and wrong.
I got to wondering about ABC pre-shave cream as an AS balm because the Santa Maria Novella pre-dopo barba cream is described as ‘before and after shave cream’. So I did a little research out of curiosity, and cosmetically they’re similar. Both are oils, butters, and moisturizers in a vegetable triglyceride base. Practically the SMN product is heavier and has a powdery pomegranate scent. ABC is light and is almost unscented, a very desirable trait if you’re following it up with fragrance.
ABC pre-shave cream works great as an AS balm! It’s light, not greasy, and absorbs quickly, and leaves a great skin feel. If you have some laying around try it. You don’t need a lot. Being able to use it post shave also makes it a good choice for travel because it can do double duty.

You can also use Proraso pre-shave cream as a post-shave cream. I find it contributes more as a post-shave than as a pre-shave product.

I was thinking this too. However for me, I like the sting of alcohol. Balms/creams work better in the winter or after a really rough shave. Luckily those are infrequent here.

the horror
do you find some of the aftershave volume reduces over time?
With each use, lol.
My basement is half finished which includes a full bath. I laid claim to it and left the main one to my wife and daughters to fight over

I agree, Proraso is fantastic as a post shave. 3P and Prep also work well as post shave. I use them nearly daily on dry old skin, feels great and not greasy.
