My home made brush shelf

Yes, thirty years ago I did take wood shop in high school. Now that I have just retired I am enjoying my hobbies
Behold, my crude little shelf to hold my shaving brushes.
You may notice there is a spot for one more brush.  I certainly noticed that.

The shelf looks minimalistic and good! Nice work.
Could you help me identify that TOBS brush in the middle? Thank you.

Nice.  However, I expect you'll outgrow it soon.

I don't know much about the Taylor of Old Bond Street brush, I picked it up at a flea market. I'm sure I didn't pay more than five dollars. There is a chip in the handle that I don't know how to address. It's a bit floppy and a bulb shape, but still it works pretty well. Overall height 107mm, handle 50mm, knot 57mm. 

Good job!  You even left room on top for 3 more brushes besides the empty hole you left.  

It needs to be much bigger.
