I have travelled with my feather asd2 in Canada. I keep it on the top of my luggage and security always finds it in the scanner and asks me to open the bag. Once I open it up into all 3 pieces and show that there is no blade, they let me go. The important part I think, is to not travel with blades.

Yes, a DE razor is allowed in carry on luggage. What's not allowed are the blades. Blades can be packed in checked in luggage.
