Mennen Skin Bracer AS Splash
Once again I opted for a cream which I haven’t used in a very long time - this Lord Emofresh is from Egypt and not only is it very popular in barbershops over there, it’s so cheap. Yes, the tube is small - only 55 grams but just a small dab on both cheeks is enough to bury your face in such thick, rich lather and my Yaqi treasure whipped up so much lather that there was enough for three men to shave. The scent is very nice - minty with some classy old school notes and there’s a mild but pleasant menthol sensation as well as a very soothing postshave feeling. The Nip Man balm from the UK also has a nice minty scent with lots of cooling and moisturizing to it while the Skin Bracer aftershave is one of my top favourites. Two passes were enough for a really satisfying BBS shave. I’m off to the golf course soon with a couple of friends of mine!

Am I ever frozen to the max - this setup really did a number on my face. The Glacial Electric Sheep is the first and only mutton tallow based Glacial soap - do I ever love it. The scent is so beautiful - it’s lemon mixed with citronella and eucalyptus just like the regular version, it gives awesome lather that’s so rich, slick, and protective, the menthol sensation is killer cold, and the skincare is perfect. The Prep and the Snake Bite aftershave provided lots of additional icy cold postshave care. Lately I’m really loving the Brut’s scent - the wife ain’t too crazy about it though.
Three passes left me smoother than a glass table top!
